Following the commander's Orders. By Laura Grace

God wouldn't have told us to resist the devil if he was going to do it for us.
he would not have told us to lay hands on the sick or anoint them with oil
if he did not plan to heal them. he doesn't go around setting us up for failure.

The weapons of our warfare are not carnal they are in the spirit. We do not
use the same weapon every time. Our brother may be used to throw a truth
bomb while our sister may be used to shoot an arrow of prophecy into the
air to hit the target (the enemy) while another may be used for prayer or yet
another to demonstrate or show love to someone which will cause THEM
to resist the enemy rather than going along with him. corporate worship is
a huge shield of faith raised up as we praise and glorify God.

Nobody has a corner on the market concerning weapons (of warfare) we are in the army
of the Lord and we all have our various assignments and should obey the
commanding officer's orders.

Leaders are like officers they give direction but
the effectiveness of the unit still depends on dedication and teamwork.
I believe more than ever before we need to see just how many people
there are in the Army of the Lord and stop seeing only our little unit.

Father in the name of Jesus, help us do our part! We resist you satan
and believe with Jesus for unity in the body of Christ right now. you
are toast! (burnt toast!) we have awakened.
